Module 2: Anatomy & Philosophy

We train our body muscles, but why don’t we train our facial muscles? Face lift yoga trains your facial muscles. There are about 60 of these muscles in our faces, and each muscle is so small that it’s easy to feel changes in our faces. Let’s study your muscles together to further improve your results. Also, doing exercises to strengthen your cheeks and smiling will make you feel positive. and release serotonin. Let’s learn together the mechanisms that make you feel positive.
