What will you learn and
teach to get to each level?
LEVEL 1: FUNDAMENTAL FACE LIFT YOGA TTC
Learn: Basic knowledge of facial muscles, Basic Face lift yoga asanas, Face Stretch, Japanese Slim Face Shiatsu Massage, Neck, back & Shoulder exercises
Teaching level: Be able to teach how to move the face
Business level: 45~60 mins classes for beginners
LEVEL 2: INTERMEDIATE FACE LIFT YOGA TTC
Learn: Master more facelift yoga asanas(For symmetrical face), neck, back and shoulder exercises, Gua sha technique for beginners
Teaching level: Be able to hold classes that specialize in one area of the face. give more advice on puffiness, sagginess and wrinkles. Relieve facial tension with Gua sha
Business level: Open 60~90 mins class for beginners, intermediate. Face lift asana sequence can be customized. Gua sha class for beginners
LEVEL 3: ADVANCED FACE LIFT YOGA TTC
Learn: How to fix facial expression habits, Face lift flow yoga (Music combination), Advanced Gua sha technique
Teaching level: Be able to give advice on how to correct facial expressions, How to improve facial sagging, wrinkles, and skin condition with Gua Sha
Business level: Open 60~90 mins class for intermediate and advanced students. Special Face Lift Flow Class with music. Gua sha workshop
LEVEL 4: MASTER FACE LIFT YOGA TTC
Learn: Chinese traditional medicine with Yin Yang stick, Face lift flow yoga (Music combination), Korean slim face massage, Scalp Massage, Ear massage, Body exercises to get a good posture
Teaching level: Be able to immediately guess which pose suits the person by looking at their face. Combine with body exercises to get good posture!
Business level: Open 2 hours workshop for all types of students. Sale of lesson courses. Collaboration with experts in various fields.
