Welcome to the foundational Face Lift Yoga teacher training course! In this first module, we’ll map out the course flow and clarify our goals. As we delve into the world of Face Lift Yoga, you’ll learn the joy of moving your face in new ways, discover the distinct benefits and profound effects of this specialized practice, and understand how it stands apart from traditional exercises. Additionally, we’ll examine the causes of facial aging and how Face Lift Yoga helps counter them. Get ready to explore techniques that not only enhance your facial appearance but also lift your spirits.
MODULE 2
Anatomy & Philosophy
We train our body muscles, but why don’t we train our facial muscles? Face lift yoga trains your facial muscles. There are about 60 of these muscles in our faces, and each muscle is so small that it’s easy to feel changes in our faces. Let’s study your muscles together to further improve your results. Also, doing exercises to strengthen your cheeks and smiling will make you feel positive. and release serotonin. Let’s learn together the mechanisms that make you feel positive.

About exam
Please do not worry! Both the written and practical exams may be repeated two more times. Please complete it within three months from the start date of teacher training.
Please record a 10-minute lesson and submit the video to the test center for the practical exam. You can receive feedback from Masumi.
You should always prepare well for each exam and take it seriously. We want you to succeed!!
If you need an extension to retake the test, there will be a deferral fee.
The test is divided into a written exam and a practical exam. You can take the written exam online, where you’ll need to answer 15 questions within 45 minutes. For the practical exam, please submit a video of yourself conducting a class. Masumi will review it.
