You may receive up to two pose checks via video at any time you prefer.
Based on the videos you submit, Masumi will send you a personalized video feedback.
We recommend practicing all poses first, then recording individual videos for each pose and submitting them for review.
Please submit your videos through the form linked here, if possible.
If you have any trouble uploading, you may also submit your videos via:
- Chat
- A shared link (such as Google Drive)
Please note that video-based pose checks are limited to two per person.
For the Fundamental Course, the limit is also up to two submissions.
